About
Our Mission
We exist to cultivate a thriving, Spirit-empowered community of leaders and churches, equipping them to serve boldly and impact generations.
We exist to empower and equip next-generation leaders to proclaim the Gospel with boldness, inspiring transformation in their communities and beyond.
We exist to build a legacy of faithful, Spirit-led leadership that advances God’s Kingdom across cultures and contexts.
Our Values
Spirit-empowered Leadership
We believe that true leadership in the Kingdom of God must be birthed, sustained, and directed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Spirit-empowered leaders walk in spiritual authority, discernment, and humility, relying not on their own strength or charisma, but on the presence and leading of the Holy Spirit. These leaders prioritize intimacy with God, value spiritual gifts, and lead with a prophetic awareness of God’s timing and direction. Our aim is to raise up leaders who are not only capable, but also consecrated—who carry anointing, integrity, and spiritual boldness in every sphere of influence.
Generational Impact
We are committed to building a legacy of faith that spans generations. We recognize that revival is not complete until it is transferred, and therefore we intentionally invest in both the emerging and established generations. Our vision is to disciple sons and daughters who will become spiritual mothers and fathers, creating a culture of honor, mentorship, and continuity. Through generational discipleship, we seek to bridge gaps, preserve wisdom, and release fresh vision, ensuring that each generation stands on the shoulders of the last to go further and reach deeper in their calling.
Kingdom Advancement
Our mission extends beyond personal growth or institutional success—we exist to see the Kingdom of God expand in the earth. Kingdom advancement means that we actively pursue the transformation of individuals, communities, and cultures through the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the world and in the U.S.. This calls us to innovate, engage culture redemptively, and plant the presence of God in places of darkness. This value propels us to think globally and act locally, to multiply leaders and ministries, and to prioritize the mission of God, which is part of the rich history of the Assemblies of God. Every action, strategy, and structure is aligned with the greater cause of bringing heaven to earth.
